Home Story

Today we show you a Townhouse in Hampstead, North London. It's on the market for £4 million and is on with Savills
Gayton Crescent is a quiet and location close to the centre of Hampstead Village and it's very close to the underground station Hampstead, 270m walking distance to Hampstead High Street and 400m from Hampstead Heath.

It is one of three former townhouses, which were originally designed by the popular practice of Ted Levy in the 1970's. "This incredible contemporary home now boasts wonderful lateral space, combined with immense double volume, all knitted together around practical bedrooms, living accommodation and extensive garaging", according to Savills.

The townhouse is equipped with all the features you can think of. Savills describes it as follows: "Internally, the property is bristling with technology including a Gira KNX system controlling the lighting, heating and all Lutron blinds with a Control4 home automation package activating TV, Apple TV, DVD and audio in each room via a Sonance invisible speaker system. In addition, there is comprehensive security including Merit Lilin CCTV, high security doors and alarm."

The apartment has a large double volume reception room, a kitchen/breakfast room and a master bedroom suite with dressing room. Moreover there are two study areas, a guest bedroom suite, extensive terracing and an integral double garage.
For high security the townhouse has a home automation system and high security including CCTV.

The master bedroom suite with dressing room and the additional bedroom suite are located on the first floor.

The internal area extends to over 2,500 sq ft and the property is set back from Gayton Crescent, behind gardens. The large windows offer a lot of light throughout the day.
